The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), is the apex executive body for the formulation and administration of rules, regulations and laws relating to micro, small and medium enterprises in India.

Government of India has been endeavouring to develop exports by incentivizing the Services Exporters through SEIS (Services Exports from India Scheme). Healthcare is one of the top focus areas.
