Founder & Chief MentorWith in-depth knowledge of international markets for Patient Acquisition and an intricate understanding of cultural sensitivities and customs, Mr. Zakariah is an independent health advisor with 19+ years of experience in Hospital Marketing and building brands internationally.
I believe that quite often, patients do not get access to what is best for them, and the reason isn’t necessarily the cost. It is the lack of unbiased and case-centric advice, reliable knowledge and timely information about treatment options that keep patients from taking informed decisions. A Dental Surgeon by qualification with an M.B.A in Health Administration from DAVV University, Dr. Rajal brings over 4 years of experience in Health Care Management, having worked as part of the International Patient Care Services team for Gleneagles Global Health City, Chennai, handling queries, business development for SAARC countries and account handling for Ministries of Health. She currently takes care of queries at Health Travellers Worldwide and also handles in-house digital marketing and content writing for various campaigns. She has recently led the NABH Accreditation exercise.
Having 3 years of hands on experience treating emergency patients in India, Dr. Vinitha not only brings her clinical knowledge expertise but also her passion to serve all patients with the best care. She grew up in USA volunteering in hospitals and has vast knowledge interacting with patients from all over the world. She is currently our in house consultant and takes care of all medical queries.
With most of her family members involved in healthcare, Ms. Lun has grown up hearing stories of patients from close quarters, and has always wanted to serve patients with compassion and empathy. She recently joined Health Travellers Worldwide as a Patient Happiness Executive – Operations. Her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Management and her Post Graduation specialization in Hospital Administration, make her ideal for the role of handling Queries and Portal Management.

She is a recipient of the prestigious Bharat Nirman Award for Administration & Sharvashree Award in Management. She has a Bachelors Degree from Lady Shree Ram College with Post Graduate Advance Diploma in Hospital Administration and Quality Auditor from Institute of Quality Engineering (Ministry of IT).
